My experience

In this semester I have writte nine blogs, all of them based in my thoughts about life... I like this experience because I could learn to write my thoughts organizing thus my ideas, I have improved my writing, I talked about my pets and has you may have noticed they are my treasures and reading the bloggs of my classmates I learned more about them.

In the future I would like to include more scientific subjects making more biographies...I think it is extremely important for us the scientists, knowing their life stories we could know as they ocurred their experiments oand would serve us as an example of perseverance during our careers; I would like write about the care of pets too, trying to tech all about them. The food is another subject that I would like to talk, for a simple reason... We all love the food!, It is one of the only things that everyone likes to talk, In my blog I would talk about the types of food (healthy and junk), ways to prepare, mutations that have suffered over time, etc. Before I don't like so much talk about my life, I had never thought about having a blog jaja... thanks so much for reading me :)

Nanotechnology in medicine of the future

Nanotechnology is multidisciplinary field comprising the biology, chemestry, physics,engineering, etc... and it has great importance in fields such as computer science, communications, microelectronics, biotechnology and medicine.

Thanks to the progress made by nanotechnology are emerging breakthroughs in the treatment of various diseases, such as cancer, autoimmune, cardiovascular, neurological, etc. Probably one of the most common applications is the use of nanoparticles as carrier vehicles for controlled drug delivery; it is shown that one of it benefits is improving the stability, solubility and the biodistribution in the body... In this way medications are more effective and will require less doses of these, reducing possible side effects and improving the quality of live of patients.

The importante of pharmaceutical nanotechnology for therapies with drugs resides on the possibilities to deliver drugs of low molecular weight as well as macromolecules like peptides, proteins and genes, in a localized or guided manner to certain tissue of interest.

I informed of them when I saw one documental in a scientifics channel,the truth I found a theme very interesting and promising... And I chose when the nanotechnology focusing on the area of the medicine, because I think this generate greater progress for the humanity, helping to solve the great mYsteries of the diseases.

My love for the Chemestry

Always I liked figure out why things happen... never I liked the humanists subjects as the lenguaje classes, invent stories or things like that... But in the highschool I became interested so much a subject called Chemestry, I would not say it was love at first sight jajaj but this matter comprises all that has always interested me.

In classes(most of them theoretical) while the teacher explains I try to imagine everything he says or even imagine what would happen if things had been different, obviously I also take some notes on the parts more important; but these are not of great help for me, because I have a visual memory and during evaluations only I remember what teacher explain...

I like Chemestry because it explains logically the phenomena that occur during everyday life, such as studying the reactions of diseases and from these can create drugs to improve patient health.

This subject extremely interesting thanks to this you could be understand all processes of life, death, growth, combustion, heat, could, expansion, implosion, macroscopic, microscopic... the chemestry is everything, it is everywhere, it is not only on the science it also help the manufacture of aircraft, anesthesia, explosives to build, create new renewable technologies, thanks to Chemestry we can improve the world.

My favourite pet❤🐶

My favourite animal is the dog, because they are with us in the good and bad moments, always cheerful and available to play with us.
I have in this moment two dogs, their names are Miley and Rocío. The first one I have about three years ago, is the most loving pet in the world, when I get home she gets me very anxious climbing up the mood despite having had a very tiring day. And the second I have four days ago, my dad found her lying in the street when returning from the supermarket, and gave it worth watching going cold and hungry. He is like my example to follow, because he has a good heart and he feels the same love for animals.
Summarizing the above they are our faithful friends and always be giving us their unconditional love, tenderness invades our homes in exchange for our protection.
For all this and more dogs are the best pets for humans💕

Since I was a little girl, I liked take photographs because one remembers many moments lived... the laughter and eventhe smell of things, I feel in some way or anotherbring them the life again.

I took this picture  approximately two months ago. Her name was Colomba, she was with me and my family almost nine years... sadly she died a week after taking this photograph by fulminant hepatitis, but with my parents never realized she was suffering from this disease.
I like this picture and all in wich she appears because always be in ours memories.





I took this picture three weeks ago at my cousin´s house...I like this photgraph because the music is another part of me, makes me feel complete and inspire me go ahead despite all obstacles. That was a very entertaining day, I would love a repeat

Books and Films

My favourite film is "Intouchables", this is a very emotional history and is based on real events, is about two men with different economic situations. One of them was rich and paraplegic because of an accident, and the other was a young man from the suburbs, this became in his assistant and he returned desire to live during a series of events. The first time I saw this movie I had fourteen years aproximately and from the first moment I loved it ! . will make you laugh, mourn and reflect on the purpose of live.

Changing the subject, the book  that I liked most is "The Universe in a Nutshell" written by Stephen Hawking one of the most influential thinkers of our time, in this book Hawking explain the physics

in simple terms and fun. The main function of the author is to make us understand the universe in which we live, accompanied by a colossal trip. I read this book when I was in first grade in high school  and I was interested because usually I was not going very good in physics... and this helped me to undertstand matter. "The Universe in a Nutshell" is essential for those who wish understand the universe in which we live and facinating enigmas that still persist despite technological advances.

My favourite piece of technology...

My favourite piece of technology is the Internet, because without it today we would not be anything...thanks to this we can communicate, share our experiences and a whole lot more.
I use it since a was a girl generally to make my homework, listen music and to see cartoons, because my parents did not spend a lot of time with me by it's extensive working hours.
In the present I am almost all the time connected to the internet (to write this blog too I am using), and I like it because I can review inmediately the doubts that I have with regard to any particular subject-matter, I can post images in my Instagram and see some of my friends too, I can communicate with my distant relatives, see my favoutites music videos in YouTube... and an infinity of things more.
I believe that my life and the lives of the majority of the people today without internet would be really different... perhaps we would have more face to face talks and a better social life.
But anyway I am left with the internet !

Why did you choose your career?

When i was a Little girl i wanted to be a doctor, checker, singer or a lawyer because i always won my cousins discussions.There was a time in my teens that i was thinking in dedicade totally to music...But finally I chose the career of pharmacy because in the high school realizad to loved everything about the science, especially chemestry.... and got good marks in this subject.
My others options to enter the university are medicine, nursing and medical technology... but these careers do not like too and the career of pharmacy I exited me too...therefore to see the results i got very happy.
Until now my experience in the university has been really good, I like the atmosphere among my partners.... I made new friends, the professors are very nice and explain well they subjects.
In one future I would like to work in a clinical pharmacy, because I like help people and in a hospital I will be in contact with them, in some or other form I know if they have recovered or not.

Getting to know each other

Hi there my name is Maria Vergara but my friends call me ale. I'm 17 years old and my birthday is 27 May. I'm Chilean and currently live in Santiago of Chile, but my parents had me in Concepcion.
I have one sister named Daniela...She is so adorable and good student, but sometimes a bit restless. My parents are the best of the world, they are very understandable and lovely  with me and my friends.

My favourite hobbies are sing in the shower, play some instrument, write a song, help my sister realize her homework or study for her exam and rehearse the Fridays with my band.  

Since I was a little girl I like everything about music, so my parents  register me in a school of singing and they discovered I was good for it and they gave me one guitar for my birthday number 6....That was the best day in my life !
